What is QMSP?

QMSP means Quick Multi Service Provider. It connects customers and eligible local service providers through a controlled request, offer and booking workflow.

Who can use it?

Customers can request local services, while eligible providers can respond with offers and manage work assigned through accepted offers.

Can a provider directly create a booking?

No. A provider sends an offer. A booking is created only after the customer reviews and accepts one offer.

How does a customer select a provider?

A customer can compare offers on an open request or send a direct request to one eligible provider. The provider still sends an offer, and customer acceptance creates the booking.

Is location shared all the time?

No. Precise provider location is limited to authorized stages of an assigned booking journey and is unavailable when that tracking window closes.

Is completing a booking the same as settling payment?

No. Service completion and payment confirmation are separate states. Completing service does not automatically mark payment as settled.

How can I access the platform?

Use the web application to sign in. New customer and provider registration is currently available through the Android application.
